How we can help Cats To Survive
Jones Loving Paws Rescue, Inc., is an IRS 501-C-3 non-profit. All contributions are tax deductible. For the last 4 years the rescue has been self-funded, with small but increasing number of donations. While we hope for an “angel” supporter (or several please) we are extremely grateful for the donors we have. Every $5/$10/$20/$50 donation allows us to pay our food, litter and Vet bills while our founders continue to search for grants and large donors.
Most folks don’t know that it takes about $50,000 annually to support the current inventory of 61 cats with to date only a small salary going to part-time cleaning assistance. No money or resource is wasted, but if someone invents a way to re-cycle cat litter, they could make a fortune!
The Founders feel it is God’s will that while not specifically referring to animals, Jesus in Matthew 25:40 refers to being kind to the “least of these” of God’s creation (and that includes cats) is like doing to Him.
